Full time, Onsite in Pensacola, FL Daily Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for service desk operations, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery.
* Answers questions, analyzes problems and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat.
* Resolves computer software and hardware problems of users, and acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
* Acts as the escalation path to resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues.
* Specialized in certain aspects of technologies to assist the customer base.
* Provides support for call overflow during peak time or reduced staff during off peak hours. Required Years of Experience (min) :
* Four (4) years of progressive IT service desk experience, preferably in a federal government environment. Required Degree/Certifications :
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
* IAT II.
* CE:
Associate (professional preferred). Requirements :
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate IT service delivery teams to meet performance objectives.
* Proven expertise in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring operational continuity.
* Strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Required Clearance :
* Security/Background Check. US Citizen Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $40k-$50k
