We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and support of a mission-critical emergency management system. Your role will involve managing a complex, evolving platform designed to streamline operations, ensure readiness, and save lives during emergencies.

• Lead a talented team supporting the federal client’s emergency management system.
• Analyze challenges, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Coordinate technical support during emergency response operations.
• Maintain communication with the government client.
• Ensure workforce stability for seamless operations.
• Set project goals, develop plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Create project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
• Implement IT strategies to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage resources including personnel and equipment.
• Oversee security, compliance, and risk management.
• Use project management tools to track performance and progress.
• Organize meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience with a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification, or 10 years with a Master's degree and PMP.
• Must hold IAT-I or higher certification, or certifications such as A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA Security.
• Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and legacy app modernization is preferred.
• Proven ability to set goals, develop strategies, and manage projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure Dev Ops.
