ARSIEM continues to deliver reliable and cutting-edge technical solutions as demand increases, offering opportunities for growth and impactful work. We are seeking an Active Exploitation Instructor to deliver Cyberspace Operations (CO) training in Pensacola, FL.

• Deliver highly technical CO training through lectures, labs, exercises, and other methods.
• Assist in developing CO training curriculum, including content, guides, exams, and simulations.
• Provide instruction per the course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct practical exercises, study hall periods, and tutoring for up to twenty students per class.
• Incorporate technical knowledge into training delivery.
• Assess student proficiency through evaluations.
• Utilize interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning methods.
• Review and improve training materials.
• DoD 8140.01/8570.01-M Level II certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years in Cyberspace Operations or 4 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience in Defensive or Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
• Experience in adult instruction, especially large classes.
• Military instructor certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of NTFS/EXT file systems and malware analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with tools like EnCase, Sleuth Kit, Helix, Process Explorer, Wireshark, among others.
• 3-5 years as a Forensics or Malware Analyst.
• Desired certifications include GIAC GREM, CREA, GCFA.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph; U.S. citizen required.

Referral Bonus: $3,500 for successful referrals of new candidates, paid after 6 months of employment.
