Senior Service Now Developer Moveworks Integration
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Now Developer to lead the integration of AI-driven conversational platforms particularly Moveworks into our Service Now ecosystem. This role will focus on enhancing automation, user experience, and operational efficiency across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Moveworks with Service Now using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks
- Configure and validate conversational flows, widgets, and role-based access controls
- Develop and maintain Service Portals, Catalog Items, Scoped Applications, and Mobile Experiences
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs
- Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio
- Ensure seamless interoperability between Service Now and enterprise systems
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in Service Now development and administration
- Strong proficiency in Service Now modules ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB
- Proven experience integrating AI platforms like Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot with Service Now
- Expertise in portal development and scoped applications
- Familiarity with plugin configuration, Openframe Knowledge API, Customer Service Management
- Experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Service Now Developer or Technical Architect
- Experience with conversational AI platforms Moveworks, Copilot, Now Assist
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
