MDM Engineer

Job Title

Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies. Must have hands-on operational experience working with data stewards and product owner.

Responsible for analyzing master data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making.

Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM solutions.

Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.

Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.

Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management, and data governance principles is a big plus.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owner.
