Senior Analytics Specialist

Lead complex analytics initiatives that drive strategic insights and organizational performance improvements. This role combines advanced technical expertise with mentorship responsibilities, working autonomously on high-impact projects while collaborating with developers and account teams to deliver exceptional client value across JLL's commercial real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project discovery sessions with advanced ROI assessments and stakeholder prioritization for complex analytics initiatives
• Developing sophisticated solution designs and technical specifications translating multi-faceted business requirements into data solutions
• Designing and executing launch strategies including training, change management, and comprehensive UAT oversight
• Generating proactive insights through scenario modeling and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making
• Applying expert knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics platforms to deliver innovative solutions for complex business challenges
• Overlaying client insights, market data, and research to enrich analytics and enable JLL solution cross-selling
• Mentoring Analytics Specialists and contributing to team capability development
• Partnering with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation

Required skills and experience include:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehousing technologies (Azure Databricks preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and scenario modeling
• Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis and transformation
• Experience with cloud-based analytics solutions (Azure ecosystem preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of driving client value through analytics insights

Preferred skills and experience include:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Experience with Azara platform or similar commercial real estate analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and version control with Git
• Background in data migration projects and platform modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of agile project management principles, Dev Ops practices, and UAT methodologies
• Experience in change management and solution adoption strategies
• Understanding of commercial real estate sector data, metrics, and analytics applications
• Experience working in complex, multinational client environments

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 –  USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
