Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Manager of Support to lead the Technical Support Team for the SmartCOP customer base across public safety agencies. The role includes managing day-to-day activities of the team while ensuring timely responses to customer issues and improving the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for customer service. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is strongly preferred. Salary range is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
