Manager II, Systems Analysis

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and managing systems analysis initiatives and ensure that business systems infrastructure supports organizational goals and drive operational success.
• The Manager II provides leadership to leaders and/or experienced professionals and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.
• Implements and leads strategies by establishing operational objectives, policies and plans that effect immediate operations and may have department or organizational impact.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Master's/advanced Degree preferred
• 7 + years relative work experience.
• 3+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise.
• Expert knowledge of systems analysis and aligns methodologies across teams.
• Aligns teams solutions with business strategy.
• Ensures consistency across team communication.
• Drives team accountability and alignment within system testing processes.
• Expert knowledge of business process improvement and automation concepts and ensures alignment with business strategy.
• Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal system analysis standards and principles.
• Ability to influence others internally, including leaders and vendors.
