Job Overview: The Assistant Director, Enterprise Solutions provides administrative and professional direction for Enterprise Solutions services across all areas of the College, communicates hardware, software, and training needs to the Director of Enterprise Solutions, coordinates analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate new solutions into the Workday ERP, supervises assigned staff, and reports to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.

- Coordinate analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate new solutions into the Workday ERP.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Report to the Director of Enterprise Solutions.
- Graduation from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems science, system design, software engineering, or a related field.
- Two years of experience with Workday HCM, Financials, or Student.
- Experience providing advanced system support and troubleshooting complex issues that involve stakeholders across an organization.
- Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and system workflows.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and compliance with Florida Statutes §435.04(2) related to background investigations.
Annual Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications).
