System One is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join our Pensacola, FL team with possible locations in Vienna, VA or Winchester, VA. The role is hybrid with onsite training and 3 days per week on site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a professional call center providing technical support and troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Background check required; W2 pay; multiyear contract.
