Senior Business Analyst

• • Address reporting and analytics needs by working with analytic centers of excellence (ACE) leadership; service line, IT, and operational leaders; and teams responsible for the design and development of data and analytics solutions across the data ecosystem.
• • Manage the master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
• • Support the development and delivery of data to stakeholders so that they have the information necessary to operate successfully.

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Five years of related experience maybe considered in lieu of degree, Health Care Required
• 5 years Experience leveraging information systems to analyze data Required
• Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong cross-cultural, communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong intuition and ability to dig deep into data, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Demonstrates experience in a wide spectrum of analytics skills with a strong background in data management and data science methods, industry best practices including predictive and prescriptive modeling, and data governance.
• Demonstrated experience leading customers in the process of interpreting reported data and in developing tactics to improve identified data opportunities. Self-driven, motivated to excel and maintain productivity in a fast-pace, and at times high-pressure environment.
• Ability to learn through observation and self-study. Skilled at managing ambiguity, while still meeting requirements of the role.
• Demonstrated experience using data to inform process change opportunities that increase profits and/or reduce undesirable variability.
• Ability to provide analysis on the data delivered so that the information can be acted on in a meaningful way.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain relationship with external partners.

Demonstrates expertise in data management, analytics, and reporting within the healthcare sector, utilizing tools like Power BI and Tableau to drive data-informed decision-making. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for building relationships and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
