The mission of our team is to build, deliver and support demo environments for use by our solution engineers (SEs) here se demonstration environments incorporate the latest product capabilities that Salesforce has to offer. With these demo environments, SEs have the baseline demo that they need to deliver a best practice demo for Financial Services and enable our SEs to scale, innovate and provide the best product demonstrations of their careers.

We are looking for a strong release manager to join our SE team, responsible for the Financial Services AMER Industry Demo Org. In this role you would own the demo environment from idea to reality, project managing the demo creation process including managing a product backlog, use case/feature prioritization, storyboarding, validation, demo build, release communication and enablement. This role is for someone who doesn't just manage releases, they help define what's possible.

You will play a key role in shaping how AI-powered demos, open source assets, and intelligent agents are built and delivered to our SE community. Key

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven success managing cross-functional, multi-workstream projects to on-time completion.
• Plan and manage releases of FINS industry demo org releases, ensuring timely delivery of changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on service requests, third-party applications, and system updates.
• Ensure quality control through comprehensive testing and defect resolution processes.
• Continuously improve release processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Salesforce Product Expertise:

• Utilize Salesforce metadata configuration tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to leverage Salesforce metadata configuration for seamless integration and deployment.
• Ensure that Salesforce metadata components are aligned with overall release plans, business objectives, and organizational best practices.

Omni Studio Expertise:

• Utilize Salesforce Omni Studio tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to leverage Omni Studio's capabilities for seamless integration and deployment.
• Ensure that Omni Studio components are aligned with overall release plans, business objectives, and organizational best practices.

Agentforce & AI

Experience:

• Hands-on experience designing, building, or deploying Agentforce agents within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI agents can enhance demo narratives, automate workflows, or personalize the SE experience.
• Stay current on Agentforce capabilities, prompt engineering best practices, and the evolving landscape of AI tooling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Partner with build teams to integrate Agentforce use cases into Financial Services and Healthcare demo orgs in meaningful, story-driven ways.

Code Repository & Dev Ops Management:

• Own and manage code repositories (Git Hub, Git Lab, or equivalent) for demo org assets, ensuring clean branching strategies, versioning, and documentation standards.
