This contract role involves supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting, utilizing a variety of business intelligence tools.

Candidates should have experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in a generic database query language and a dashboarding tool.

• Create and update basic reports and dashboards following standard procedures.
• Identify trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports to support business decisions.
• Partner with senior staff to define specifications for reports and analysis.
• Support team projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to data governance procedures.
• Produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in a generic database query language, including query optimization.
• Experience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Skill in communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical audiences.
