The Senior Systems Analyst must possess strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial reconciliations, and enterprise data environments. This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business challenges. The ideal candidate demonstrates agility in navigating rapid organizational and technological change, serves as a strong communicator and leader, and effectively advocates for business partner needs while driving system enhancements, process improvements, and operational excellence.

Familiarity with NFCU core systems, financial data flows, and business processes impacting the TDP organization is highly desirable.
