DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Risk Analyst. This position is a hybrid role located in the Pensacola, FL region, offering a 4-month contract. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating data-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Support data governance tasks and procedures, including data transfer authorizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data governance policies and standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal and external data regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to data incident investigations and remediation tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Risk Management.
- 5 years of experience in risk management, data governance, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of data risk concepts, including privacy and security.
- Proficient in data analysis tools like spreadsheets and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex issues to non-technical audiences.
