As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and specialty projects across our properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes and units are safe, functional, and welcoming.

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Execute carpentry tasks including painting and sheetrock repair.
• Install flooring and assist with furniture and accessory setup.
• Conduct light maintenance and groundskeeping duties.
• Meet and exceed time‑sensitive service standards.
• Work safely and efficiently at all times.
• Multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
