Our Transmission Technicians earn $20.00 - $30.00/hour
, depending on experience. You'll work 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Fridays

Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Collaborate with builders and service advisors to complete high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe and ensure total customer satisfaction
• Help your team diagnose issues, complete external inspections, and accurately remove and replace automatic and manual transmissions
• Work with all drivetrain components (drive lines, mounts, CV axles, and transfer cases)
• Test-drive all kinds of vehicles to verify problems and check repairs
• Complete services like pan drops, filter replacements, and fluid changes
• Help move non-functional vehicles in and out of the shop
• Help keep the bay clean and organized

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as an R&R technician or a similar role
• Successful completion of 2+ transmission removals and replacements in the past 2 months
• Ability to remove/replace a transmission in book time or less
• Ability to provide and use basic tools
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and keep up with a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate FWD, RWD, AWD, and 4x4 vehicles
