We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead our facility maintenance operations. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and functionality of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills, and proven experience managing maintenance teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
As a key member of our operations team, the Chief Engineer ensures all building systems operate efficiently, comply with safety standards, and meet brand expectations.
- Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns immediately to management.
- Support preventative maintenance and deep‑cleaning projects during slower periods
- Assist with room inspections to ensure readiness and that rooms are back in service.
- Help strip rooms during high departures and assist with deep cleaning projects
