Supervisory Building Manager

This position is located at Unaccompanied Housing at NAS Pensacola. The purpose of this position is to provide on-site facility coordination and management for Unaccompanied Housing, operations consisting of 1500+ beds.

• Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
• Must successfully pass the E-verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
• You must go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
• May be required to pass pre-employment examinations.
• A valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles.
• Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must have the ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor as unassisted lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) is required
• May be required to climb/descend stairs and properly placed stepladders.
• The staff may be recalled to duty and/or required to work overtime, as necessary to meet mission requirements.
