** Garden Maintenance Supervisor The Garden Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising landscaping projects, coordinating department and safety training, managing and inventorying equipment, and responding to emergencies as needed.
** Supervise Landscaping
** Supervise and assist with landscaping projects within the assigned zone area on PCC campus. Maintain the assigned area according to Executive expectations Read, interpret, and execute landscape plans/blueprints.
** Coordinate Training
** Lead department training on gas-powered and hand tool equipment. Ensure that all safety precautions are communicated and consistently followed.
** Manage Equipment
** Maintain a comprehensive inventory on Grounds equipment. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and order supplies as needed.
** Respond to Disasters
** Assist in any area of Grounds necessary in the event of a hurricane and serve as part of the Hurricane Response team. Be flexible to assist with various emergency projects as required.

Preferred Experience:

1+ years in landscaping, 1+ years operating heavy duty equipment
** Physical Requirements and Skills
** Ability to lift 80+ pounds, Manual Labor, Microsoft Applications, Mowing Equipment, Power Tools, Working Outdoor All Seasons, Work in Hot Weather
