Assistant Store Manager

Greer's Markets - 12255 Lillian Highway - Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Director and ensure all departments are fully staffed, trained and operating to Company standards.;
Assist in implementing merchandising, operating and sales initiatives and communicate Company goals and policies to store team.;
Coordinate safety practices and ensure compliance with safety/health initiatives and employment laws; manage scheduling and payroll guidelines.;
Maintain store conditions, product quality, inventory levels, and backroom organization; supervise and evaluate Associates.;
Develop positive community relations and staff development; oversee department schedules and staffing coverage.
