Role
:
This position is accountable for the operations of one or more branch locations. They are responsible for the growth and profitability of their assigned branch(es) through the expansion of member relationships, establishing and attaining sales and service goals while developing and maintaining a high-quality sales and service culture. This position manages the daily sales and service activities of its assigned branch(es).

In addition to salary, this position has an incentive program that gives the employee the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned branch(es): hires, reviews, schedules, provides performance reviews and monitors work. Handles escalated issues arising in assigned branches. Responsible for leading and coaching superior sales and service behaviors and activities by the entire team.
• Develop and execute plans in order to meet branch service and sales goals. Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
• Meets or exceeds the established branch goals each month and ensures that direct reports achieve their individual goals. Management of cash requirements and cash security for branch operations. Responsible for optimal management of vault cash in assigned branches
• Represents the branch as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups.
• Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out-of-compliance issues.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
