We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Front of House Team Lead to join our team at Einsteins located in Pensacola International Airport. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working leader with strong management experience and a passion for team building and coaching. This role requires an early riser with dependable transportation who is ready to lead by example and help drive our team to success.

• Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through effective team building.
• Ensure timely and efficient service to airport customers.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and operational tasks as needed.
• Promote upward mobility by identifying and mentoring potential future leaders.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Strong team building and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Experience in coaching and training team members.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive early for shifts.
• Hard worker with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
