• Safe and effective setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Know how and where to find process specifications and procedures and adhere to them.
• Demonstrate and insist upon accuracy in all reporting; measure product quality, mobile equipment operation, product inspection, product packaging, scrap material reclamation.
• Maintain a skill level of the operation and knowledge of equipment operation and product quality to assist in setting up all aspects of the operation during start ups and change overs.
• Maintain housekeeping at a level of excellence in work areas.
• Recognize product quality and help diagnose problems.
• Follow all safety rules and ensure that all employees associated with the operation do the same. Perform miscellaneous duties as required or requested.

• High School diploma or GED
• Pre-screen interview
• Submit to a skill level evaluation
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends
• Ability to communicate and effectively work with others

The estimated base salary range for this role is $22.50 to $26.47 per hour. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.
