The Corrosion Control Specialist at Amentum performs aircraft corrosion control, including washing, cleaning, corrosion detection and treatment, and touch up painting. The role also helps prepare aircraft for repainting and applies labels and stencils as needed.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years in corrosion control, Plane Captain certification, respirator qualification, and a valid driver's license; FAA/ Navy certifications are highly preferred.
