Production Operator II
Responsible for independent set‑up, start‑up, continuous operation and shutdown of assigned area process or processes as detailed by Value Stream (VS).
Reports to the Value Stream Sr. Manager and is part of the Manufacturing/Operations department located in Pensacola, FL (on‑site role).
Responsibilities- Be vigilant in ensuring operations are safe and quality meets specifications.
- Manufacture products according to established safety and quality procedures and work instructions; achieve safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Complete appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures (routing information, batch control records, scrap/quality issues, score cards).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math knowledge and ability to read and comprehend written work instructions; use measuring equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.).
- 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, cleanroom environment, and with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, cleanroom environment, and with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) – additional advantage.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to continuously stand or walk; frequently climb stairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach; frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, fine, handle, and feel small objects.
Rotating 2/2/3 12‑hour shifts 5:45 pm – 6:15 am.
