Production Operator II - Slitting; -hr​/Nights

The Production Operator II is responsible for ensuring the department runs efficiently with a priority on quality and on-time delivery to our customers. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the slitting department located in Pensacola. It is an on-site role.

• Support and participate in activities to establish manufacturing in Pensacola.
• Work with process and production engineers during troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Produce quality products per the standard operating procedures and departmental standards with proper recording and traceability.
• Follow company safety policies including PPE usage, lock-out-tag-out procedures, and safe operation of equipment.
• Follow good housekeeping policies.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic math knowledge and ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
• Experience with measuring equipment such as rulers and calipers.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or relevant work experience, a cleanroom environment, and with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to continuously stand or walk and frequently climb stairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot, and reach; frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, handle, and feel small objects.

Rotating 2/2/3 12‑hour shifts; 5:45pm – 6:15am.
