- Level 3 for the Pinellas F-16/F-35 Assembly team
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations.
- Motivating improvement, driving corrective actions, identifying risk-mitigation actions, and solving complex problems across programs such as F-35, F-16, and F-22.
- Embracing Full Spectrum Leadership to develop, support, and empower teams, encouraging ownership throughout the organization.
- Cultivating program performance on quality, cost, and schedule metrics.
- Coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of assembly work.

Desired skills
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience with tools and processes involving large assembly fixtures, drilling, fastening including complex assemblies and systems
- Experience in manufacturing/productions methodologies relating to structural and mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Solumina, SFM, and/or SAP systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and application.
- Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
