Our growing Pensacola operation offers the opportunity to work on challenging aerospace projects and play a key role in our continued U.S. expansion.

We are seeking a hands-on Packaging & Foam Fabrication Technician to support our aerospace manufacturing operations in Pensacola, Florida. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can fabricate custom packaging and foam solutions that protect aerospace components and equipment during shipment and storage.

• Experience in packaging, foam fabrication, woodworking, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble foam and packaging materials accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Aerospace, defense, foam-cutting, CNC, or AS9100 experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
