Materials Manager, Industrial Manufacturing Opportunity, Florida

Our client, a well-established and industry-leading manufacturer, is seeking a Materials Manager for a large manufacturing operation in Florida. This leadership position will oversee production planning, purchasing, inventory control, scheduling, logistics, and material management while supporting a transitioning ERP system. The role offers the opportunity to lead a sizeable team and play a key part in driving supply chain performance and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Extensive Materials Management leadership experience within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
• Background in industries such as building products, construction materials, windows, doors, HVAC equipment, appliances, automotive, or similar manufacturing sectors.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems experience, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, purchasing, and production planning.
• Experience supporting or leading Oracle ERP implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of material flow, inventory accuracy, and supply chain execution in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, drive accountability, and improve business performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain teams.
