• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the CVICU, including those recovering from heart surgery or experiencing severe cardiac conditions.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and intra-aortic balloon pumps to support patients' cardiac functions.
• Respond to emergencies with precision, utilizing critical care protocols to stabilize patients.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular care, post-surgery recovery, and lifestyle changes for long-term health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.

Candidate requirements

• 2 years of experience in an intensive care or cardiovascular care setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Previous experience in a CVICU or ICU setting preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
