Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking experienced  Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers  to join a collaborative care team in a  Level III NICU  in  Pensacola, Florida . This full-time role offers the chance to practice high-acuity neonatal care in a supportive, well-resourced environment with relocation assistance to make your transition seamless.

What You ll Do:
Collaborate with board-certified Neonatologists and a dedicated APP team to provide advanced care to NICU patients.

Participate in daily rounds and deliver care plans for premature and critically ill newborns.

Perform procedures and assessments within your scope to support stabilization, nutrition, and development.

Order and interpret labs, document thoroughly, and contribute to a high-performing, patient-centered team.

Work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 NICU coverage.

What We re Looking For:
Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) with NICU experience

Clinical competence in neonatal intensive care

Team players committed to family-centered care and clinical excellence
