Responsibilities
Outpatient RN provides nursing care for patients in an outpatient setting, including completing nursing assessments, urinalysis, vital signs, and assisting provider(s) with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) initial assessments. The RN maintains standards for professional nursing practice, provides medical management and assessment of patients, ensures environmental safety, and works with the treatment team to create a consistently therapeutic milieu.
EssentialJob Duties
- Conduct complete nursing assessment of all admissions, including risk assessments, educational needs, and medication review. Complete all required nursing documents within established time frames.
- Actively participate in treatment team decisions, assess patient needs, design and implement programs, and document/evaluate patient responses.
- Administer patients’ medication and treatment as prescribed, ensuring documentation reflects the care provided.
- Initiate and account for Special Treatment Procedures, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, assist provider in initial TMS assessments, and provide all follow‑up TMS sessions with proper documentation and billing requirements.
- Complete documentation for insurance authorization and verification for all TMS patients as assigned.
- Assist manager with day‑to‑day operations, including answering phones, scheduling and verifying patient appointments, filing paperwork, assembling and debriefing charts, and billing for IOP patients.

- Current FL RN License or Compact License required
- Ability to work at the Pensacola Outpatient Center in Pensacola, FL
- Ability to work an 8:00–12:00 or 12:00–4:00 schedule on an as‑needed basis; average 20 hours per week or less.
- Successful completion of a Level II background screening is required.
