How you’ll make an impact in this roleDeliver exceptional, evidence‑based nursing care and execute clinical orders with precision, always prioritizing patient safety and organizational excellence.
Drive the implementation of individualized care plans while dynamically monitoring, recording, and communicating critical shifts in patient conditions.
Serve as the primary multidisciplinary coordinator, uniting diverse healthcare teams to ensure seamless, holistic, and well‑coordinated patient journeys.
Partner with families and the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful discharge plans that set patients up for long‑term success.
What minimum requirements you’ll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi‑state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
