Qualifications:

• Licensed to work as a CNA, LPN, or RN in the state of Florida
• BLS/CPR certification for LPNs and RNs
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor

Responsibilities:

• CNAs are responsible for providing care under the supervision of nursing staff, administering prescribed medication, assisting in the transport, and offering companionship to patients.
• LPNs are responsible for the care of ill, injured, and convalescing patients, which includes providing basic patient care and treatment, collaborating with registered nurses to administer medications, and educating and updating the patients on medical treatments.
• RNs are responsible for the supervision of care given to residents by LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the team. They are tasked with developing residents' daily assignment sheets, making changes based on staffing pattern and resident acuity, evaluating residents' response to medication and treatment.
