• Provide direct restorative nursing care to promote residents’ ability to attain and maintain their maximum functional potential while minimizing functional decline.
• Assist with restorative eating, splinting, activities of daily living, bowel and bladder management, passive and active range of motion, ambulation, and transfers.
• Encourage resident participation in assigned programs through verbal cueing, one‑on‑one support, and safety precautions.
• Maintain documentation for each resident in the Restorative Program and notify management of any changes.
• Innovate and implement new ideas and concepts to continually improve systems and processes for superior results.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; state certification/registration required.
• Completion of a state‑approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course.
• Maintenance of a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education to retain certification.
• Preferably one (1) year of experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population.
• Knowledge and skills in basic restorative nursing principles and practices preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
