RN - Med Surg (Travel)

Pay:
Approximately $6,689/month gross. 13‑week assignment, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post‑procedure monitoring as indicated.
• Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
• Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2+ years of experience.
