Family owned assisted and independent living community
LPN – Part Time
2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Mon‑Fri, Weekends as needed
LPN Qualifications- Must have and maintain a current license to practice nursing
- Must have current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be able to perform job‑relevant duties, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as defined in the resident care plan
- Medication supervision, correctly documenting each medication given and ensuring that medications are ordered and received
- Communicate with staff and family after any incident as well as complete the incident report accurately and timely
- Diabetic Care, Routine Injections, and Oxygen Management
- Other duties as assigned
