Full-Time Day's Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) at Gulf Coast Village Skilled Nursing. Hourly pay $16.75 – $18.05 based on experience, plus benefits including referral bonus, 403(b) retirement plan, employee discount program, quality training, continuing education, partial insurance (after 24 hours), paid time off, and early pay through Net Spend.
ScheduleDays (7 AM – 7 PM), 72 hrs per pay period, with every other weekend required.
Position SummaryThe Nursing Assistant provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents following established procedures directed by clinical supervisors. Responsibilities include monitoring resident condition, performing delegated tasks, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Essential Functions- Assume responsibility for professional nursing in accordance with state and legal standards.
- Perform comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychological, and environmental factors.
- Develop and follow individualized Plans of Care based on data analysis.
- Implement skilled interventions to achieve client outcomes within specified time frames.
- Report changes and update care plans to reflect progress.
- Demonstrate competency with nursing skills within legal scope of practice.
- Apply assessment, teaching, and environmental skills as needed.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- State-approved nursing assistant course completion or enrollment in an approved program.
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions.
- Strong prioritization, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic devices for timekeeping and documentation.
