Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN – Laurel Hill, FL (32567)

Urgent hiring for compassionate, dependable nurses. Available schedule:
Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00AM–6:00PM with options for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN work.

• Provide one‑on‑one patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home.
• Perform G‑tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support (training provided).
• Assist with mobility using adaptive equipment.
• Offer school‑based nursing support during daytime hours.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
