CRNA Opportunity At Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center
North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our practice at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center provides residents of Lancaster and York counties additional access to Penn State Health's expertise and specialty services without having to make the drive to Hershey. This brand new facility opened in the summer of 2022 and this acute care facility will play a major role in helping Penn State Health reach its long-term goal of making sure the people in the communities we serve are within:
Location:
Shifts include flexible schedule options available, 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts, no nights, weekends, holiday or call. CRNA call is in house shift only. No elective weekend cases.
Requirements:
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements:
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Total Rewards:
- Base: $255,000 - $330,000 ($122.60/$158.65hr.)
- Sign-on bonus: $75K
