The RN will perform observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, health teaching, and medication administration as prescribed, delivering compassionate patient care.
The role supports a 1:5–6 nurse-to-patient ratio across Oncology, Orthopedics, Trauma, and Psychiatry with strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
