• $25–$30 per hour – competitive pay that respects your skills
• Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Full-time, part-time, or PRN — you choose what fits your life

You’ll deliver high-quality skilled nursing in a calm, one-on-one setting. Build trust with families, manage complex needs with expertise, and leave each shift knowing you truly helped someone.

• Active LPN or RN license in Florida (or compact license)
• Level 2 Background eligibility with AHCA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license or
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, squat, kneel, twist, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Mic-Key button or G-tube experience preferred — we’ll train you if needed
• Dependable, compassionate, and a strong communicator
