Summary

Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation and implementation programs to ensure compliance with company’s quality processes and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all BOM management and workflow updates using Business Central ERP system.
  • Required to update electronic inspection system as needed.
  • Review of customer specifications and drawings to ensure compliance.
  • Reviews and thoroughly understands product functional and design specifications.
  • Updates work instructions on a consistent basis.
  • Communicates and resolves QA issues with operators/technicians on a day-to-day basis.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications.
  • Able to work independently to identify and complete continuous improvement projects.
  • Knowledgeable of Lean Principles.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Internal audits as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field.
  • One to four years related experience or course work in relevant fields which could apply.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Proficient in office and statistical software’s.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the quality specialization.
  • Experience with Business Central or similar ERP system preferred.
