Perform facility auditing and quality visits to commissaries, bakeries, and distribution centers to assess food safety and production for process controls and compliance to specifications.;
Conduct product evaluations for compliance to specification through surveillance/cuttings and/or complaint investigations for fresh food, beverage, or private brand suppliers.;
Develop or review quality and food safety materials including standards, training, or tools to support quality knowledge and assessments.;
Provide store food safety/regulatory support and compliance for assigned area, including recalls and regulatory inquiries.;
Serve as FSQA Training SME for differing audiences such as Operations, Merchandising, Store Leaders, and for major events such as 7-Eleven University.
