Whatyou will do
The Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector shall be responsible to the Manager Quality Assurance. The QA Inspector shall be responsible for evaluating VT Mobile Aerospace Engineering, Inc.’s quality system requirements for compliance with FAA, VT Mobile Aerospace Engineering, Inc., customer and other regulatory requirements and evaluating the conformity of activities with respect to these requirements.
In This Role you willGood working knowledge or the ability to acquire skills in the following:
Proficient with Microsoft Office computer applications; strong writing and presentation skills; proficient skills in organizing, analyzing and preparing reports; excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills needed for frequent interaction with customers, leads, managers and directors. Working knowledge of aircraft manuals and related materials; working knowledge of aircraft maintenance and non‑destructive testing; knowledge of paperwork procedures, routine/non‑routine cards, S.R.M.’s and work sign off procedures;
familiar with F.A.R.’s and company policies and procedures.
Climate controlled environment as well as industrial non‑climate controlled environment.
SupervisionUnder general direction. Performs assignments after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. Opportunity for discretion in determining how to best perform job functions. Total end results determine the effectiveness of job performance.
