Perform facility auditing and quality visits to third party or owned commissaries, bakeries and distribution centers to assess food safety and production processes and verify compliance with specifications.;
Conduct product evaluations for compliance to specifications through surveillance, cuttings, and complaint investigations for fresh food, beverages, or private brand suppliers.;
Develop and review quality and food safety materials, standards, training, and tools to support QA knowledge and assessments.;
Provide store food safety and regulatory support, including handling recalls, regulatory inquiries, and local HACCP/OSHA issues.;
Serve as FSQA Training SME for Operations, Merchandising, Store Leaders, and major events like company university.
