Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned systems, such as training, food safety, and inventory management, set goals, delegate tasks to their teams, and report results;
Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, and that front counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers quickly, that food is safe, that food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures including new menu items;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated
