Each week, we purchase truckloads of overstock merchandise from some of the largest online retailers across America. That means thousands of different items arrive weekly, creating a constantly changing and exciting shopping environment.

Our "everything must go" pricing model sets us apart. Prices start at $10 on Fridays and decrease every day until items reach just $0.25 on Thursdays
. This descending pricing structure ensures all bins are emptied completely so they can be fully restocked with brand-new merchandise each week. No two visits are ever the same, and customers love the thrill of the hunt.

The Role

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at a Where Ya Bin location. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing leadership role that requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and consistent accountability to company standards.

You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll also serve as the primary example of professionalism, energy, and customer engagement on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee day‑to‑day store operations while ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed
  • Maintain a professional and visible presence on the sales floor, actively supporting staff and assisting customers
  • Ensure all bins are properly flipped, cleaned, stocked, and staged according to company standards
  • Create employee schedules, approve timesheets, and upload hours worked accurately for payroll
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
  • Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate employee records
  • Proactively identify facility maintenance needs and report repairs as needed
  • Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality at all times
  • Complete and submit required marketing deliverables each week
  • Adapt quickly to changing conditions, solve problems in real time, and communicate clearly with your team
