Hourly wage: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will partner with the entire staff to guarantee superior customer service on both the lending and retail sides of business. You will greet, engage and interact with customers in a professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. You will also assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution in a timely manner.

You will work with items from jewelry to electronics, firearms (FFL locations) and general merchandise.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Makes the sales floor tidy, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions per company policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Takes and handles all cash and negotiable items per proper policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explains legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates with coworkers & managers with respect using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned monochrome.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods of time as required by federal, state, local statutes, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and be firearms‑certified.
• May be asked to assist outside building&property, or retrieve products in exterior storage.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work, Serve, Work with people, be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task fast‑paced environment.
• Ability for basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must work at multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends & holidays.
• Computer literate&OOP and POS system/office machine usage.
